Where to Stay?

Hyatt Regency Green Bay

This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to be near downtown Green Bay. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and even a farmer’s market on Saturdays which is walking distance from the hotel. You can even take a nice stroll by the river and walk to some nearby breweries.

Where to Eat?

If you have been following us for a bit, you know we are huge foodies especially when it comes to new places. We love to experience what other cities have to offer, and Green Bay did not disappoint!

Angelina Italian Restaurant- If you are looking for authentic Italian vibes, this place is it! Whether you sit inside or out on the patio, the staff will make you feel like you are in Rome eating the best Italian food there is.

Delilah’s- If you are exploring Farmer’s Market on Saturday, make sure to grab breakfast or lunch here. They opened just this past April, and everyone is raving about it, and no wonder why! There are tons of options for everyone, and nothing here will disappoint.

Nicky’s Lionhead Restaurant- Quirky and vintage vibes will welcome you here with some delicious burgers and Cuban sandwiches. Perfect place if you are exploring downtown De Pere and are stopping by for couple beers and some bar food to “refuel”.

Bleu- Ideal place to grab dinner with some crafty cocktails in a chic/farmhouse like setting. Highly recommend the P.E.I mussels and the duck confit flatbread. Yum!

Spork- Clearly Green Bay has some amazing breakfast spots! Spork is another gem that stole our hearts (and stomachs). First off, food = phenomenal, but the staff is what makes this place alive. We shared a delicious apricot French toast along with a grilled cheese and an egg benedict. Let’s just say we couldn’t resist.

888 Cheese & Co- So we all know Wisconsin is proud of its cheese and the many things they make with it, as they should be! If you are looking for a gourmet grilled cheese bar, then this is the place! I had the GOAT and Kam couldn’t resist trying it. If you love grilled cheese sandwiches, you must stop by here.

Where to Grab Drinks?

Whether you are looking for a winery with an amazing view or a brewery with a cool setting, you can find it all at Green Bay. We were pleasantly surprised with the options you have when visiting here to grab a couple of drinks.

Titletown Brewing- Located in the heart of Green Bay, is one of the most popular breweries with the best rooftop views. Swing by to grab a couple of beers and enjoy a game of cornhole or darts in this amazing space.

Captain’s Walk- Whether you try one of their wine flights or grab a glass of their yummy cider, you will enjoy every minute here. The building itself has so much history in it, and you can explore every bit of it on your own. Make sure to check out the wine cellar downstairs or library room on the top floor!

Cooper State Brewing- What’s better than one brewery? Two breweries that are across the street from one another! Cooper State is right next door to Titletown Brewing, so if you are out for the night and want to enjoy a variety of beers, certainly check this place out as well. Fun fact: they also serve their own coffee!

Ledgestone Vineyard- This vineyard has views for days! Stop by for some wine or beer and enjoy their huge outdoor patio. On Thursday nights, they have live bands, and although we personally did not experience it, rumor has it, it is a magical time.

What to do?

Whether you are an animal lover, and outdoorsy type, or just want to relax on your own time, there is something for everyone.

Sabamba Alpaca Farm- If you love animals, you must pay this place a visit! You can either stop by to say hello to these beauties or reserve a tour with Sally, who is the best caretaker of these amazing creatures. We learned so much in the couple of hours we've been there, and we had a difficult time leaving.

FonFerek Glen- Green Bay has tons of greenery and outdoor activities for all ages. This 74-acre nature park has great trails, a waterfall, and cliffs that make for an awesome photo opp.

Downtown De Pere- This cute and quaint town is one not to be missed. Explore its murals and shops and take a stroll around Voyageur Park.

New Zoo- Certainly a Zoo not to miss considering it’s an adventure park with canopy tours. If you have time, make sure to reserve one of the animal encounters they offer here. We did the giraffe feeding, and it was the best! Our tour guide Megan was super knowledgeable and made this such a great experience. We were able to learn a lot about these unique creatures and even got to feed them!
